Features and Benefits

More than just a kettle, the Corvo boasts some serious features when it comes to both performance and convenience. On opposite corners of the kettle’s base are a minimalist circular LED screen and a circular control knob that doubles as the power switch. Depending on the variety of tea, coffee, or any other beverage you’re preparing, the Corvo can be set between 135°F-212°F/57°C-100°C within 1° increments (units can be adjusted based on your preference).

When it comes time to pour there’s a bit more going on than most kettles. First is the brew stopwatch. This is a handy timer that can be used to keep track of steep times for tea or French press coffee. But let’s say you’re multitasking in the morning. Well, the Corvo also features a 60-Minute hold feature that can be toggled via a switch on the base. This causes the kettle to hold your desired temperature for 60 minutes before powering down the heating element.

Final touches include the wide spout for rapid pouring, powerful heating element, and a PID temperature controller to actively maintain as close to perfect temperature as possible.
